Today’s brilliant quote from my Quote App reminded me that I need to get on my mat as often as humanly possible. Of course the mat is a metaphor (great app, sends me a kernel of wisdom every morning at 9 a.m. with a happy sounding bell, very glad I have it).
I like the idea that it is more important that you practice the 8 limbs than actually sit down and memorize yoga facts. I don’t sit for long, unless it is to watch Chopped (which I must give up one of these days). That’s a different story, my love/hate relationship with Chopped! It’s nice to think that one can proceed down the path to enlightenment with self diagnosed attention dysfunction tendencies.
