There is nothing that I like to do on Monday morning more than attend Davin’s 6:15 a.m. Power Class at The Ashram. It may be a little difficult to pry myself out of bed but I do, knowing that I will feel so much more grounded and alert for the day.
Maybe 6:15 a.m. is too early in the morning for you to be challenging your body, that is totally cool. As a yoga instructor I can only *beg* you to take time each and every day for your body. Your range of motion will be dictated by what you do on a daily basis.
So many people are interested in yoga but feel that they aren’t flexible enough to try. Please, let go of your self-limiting thoughts and give it a go. I promise you, you won’t get more flexible if you don’t work at it. It takes patience, practice, and determination to improve lost range of motion. Become more vital and learn some tricks you never dreamed possible. I’m happy to answer any questions you might have 🙂
