Happy Monday

New obsession – getting back to forearm balancing. I find it pretty easy to do if I use my legs as balance points, but holding a bread and butter forearm balance is a lot harder and I avoid doing them.  I am going to make an effort to practice them often.  🙂 20140505-105529.jpg
