I love arm balancing poses. They are so empowering – “Wow” poses that build amazing wrist and core strength. Swan pose came to me pretty easily but I NEVER thought I’d learn formidable face. But it is really pretty accessible if practiced with an open mind and often. Yoga is a process step-by-step and bit by bit. That is part of the fun!
I was really stoked today – it was the first day I’ve been able to maintain formidable without putting my chin down on the mat! Don’t get me wrong, I’ve a long way to go 🙂
