Wheel into forearm kickover snippet

Back to my work week started out properly this morning with Davin’s Power Class. It wasn’t easy by any stretch, but I am getting back into comfortable chaturangas and in general feeling a lot stronger.

Here is a little snippet taken after class.

Wheel posture is a major heart opening asana. The better you can bring palms under shoulders the more stable you are. So the shoulders really need to be open. Only attempt wheel when you are fully warmed up.
