Assisted Wheel DropBack

Haha this one cracks me up. I highly recommend that you warm up before you attempt what I’m doing here 🙂 I also recommend you use a flat wall, not a curvy pillar – this dropback was a lot more abrupt than I’m used to, might have given myself a nice face smack if I’d panicked. David H’s excellent photography skills and commentary are much appreciated.  🙂

Wheel pose is a major heart opener – such a liberating posture. Practice the push up before you try a drop back. Build your strength, your resolve, your faith in yourself.
