Day 26 of #shesgotlegs

Oh boy, this one takes some warming up to do.  My blessings go out to all the IG challengers, I hope no one gets hurt today :).  I continue to love participating in this experience – and seeing all the different submissions.  My personal asana practice has changed a lot – I find myself looking for interesting settings – ones that move me.  The pose of the day gives me some structure to work with.  I am much better at warming up properly before I try a pose.  I am fortunate that I can do a lot of challenging poses totally cold – but I now realize how much deeper I can get if I just do a few Yin postures before I go for it. I am totally pestering my friends and husband to help me out – for I need a photographer.  I am indebted to each person that has helped me along this photographic yoga journey. 🙂 🙂 🙂

tortoise, for fun 🙂

On an unrelated note, I LOVED the movie Lucy the other night.  LOVED, want to see it again.  There is a scene where she starts to be able to see the tree pulsating with life – roots and all and it was indescribably beautiful.  I want to transcend to a world where that is the case.  That or where Avatar lived.
