I am SOOOOOOo glad that I started out my Saturday properly with Yang. It was a fun class – my shoulders were bugging me a bit so I held back a little bit but still had a great time. Gary got nominated for the ALS ice bucket challenge and that was a lot of fun to watch. I had a camel posture picture to get – both for FB challenge for The Ashram and for tomorrow’s last day of #shesgotlegs. Here is a few of the shots – I am pretty satisfied.
We are going to go see Guardians of the Galaxy later this afternoon – always fun to see a movie with Harlan
