What a rush

Taught Power Yoga this morning at 6:15 a.m. and I am still running on the adrenaline.  I got good feedback post class, which is always a grand gesture. However, it has now become of utmost importance that I focus on even grandiose endeavors relating to but not limited to my activities within the world of scientific advancements, microbiology and tuberculosis drug development. Oh yes, the time has drawn nigh…nigh short of a hair’s breath. Thus, I leave you with your thoughts, as I conquer my current adventure: entering the land of fantastical land felines; black as they are menacing, pure as the sun’s light itself. I leave thee.

Nice, my computer was briefly taken over by my office mate who clearly writes so much better than myself.  I am leaving it, because I enjoy his writing so much.;

He is right, it is now time to get back to the issue at hand – curing tuberculosis.  But I’d rather daydream about class this morning.  I am so grateful to be given the chance to teach Power.  So different than Yin energy.  Now if I could just learn to sleep the night before I teach – what a wonderful world that would be.
