Padahastasana – Gorilla Pose for #letsgetflexy

Day 2 is one of my favorite wrist releases (even recommended for carpal tunnel).  I know my body appreciates this pose during Yang class 🙂  It is a calming pose, lengthening for the entire backside of the body.  Releasing for the shoulders and neck.

I will be a scientist all day but tonight I’ll be on my yoga mat teaching Yin Yoga at The Ashram at 7:45 p.m.  Looking forward to it. And tomorrow morning I’m teaching Power…. So I have some preparation to do for that this afternoon post IDRI.

I haven’t been on my mat seriously since Monday and I’m jonesing.   I will do 30 min at lunchtime.  I wonder if I could find someone to join me.
