Happy Friday All!

Day 3 of #letsgetflexy is dropback preparation.  Super important to wake up your body before trying this one.  Backbending opens the heart and emotions can bubble to the surface so it is important to mindfully come into the pose.


I’m teaching Power Yoga at The Ashram at 6:15 a.m. Excited but I have to admit I’m also nervous. I haven’t practiced on my mat seriously in days so I feel rather ungrounded at the moment.  But I’ll go a bit early and run through the sequence to get into the groove.  We are going to have fun and everyone is going to feel great afterwards if I get my wish.  🙂
