Day 29 of 30. Crazy how fast time is marching along these days. This is a good thing, I really want to get the move underway. I don’t want to count the seconds until I finish being a scientist (still more than 8 million to go – 93 days). 🙂
The pose of the day for #healinghearts is Prasarita Paddotonasana. A fabulous stretch for the entire backside of the body and a rocking shoulder stretch. I look forward to designing a class where this one is a mainstay.
Here is a delightful variation by the way
super grateful that the kids were over yesterday. My dinner was a success in my opinion (salmon, fake beef tips, potatoes, carrots, squash) so that is always a relief. I know how to cook – I used to do a lot of it – but I infrequently do these days. It is a major surprise to my husband when I cook, what a sad state of affairs. I imagine I’ll do a lot more of it when we move. Especially if I have no job. (ok, I need to change topics fast lest I have a panic attack).
I am exceedingly grateful that it is Saturday, no teacher training, so I can take Yang! I have missed Yang Yoga so much in these teacher training weekends. Sat 10 a.m. is my favorite class of the week! Davin’s out of town, Krist is subbing. Can’t wait. Apart from that, I am going to clean the house and play with dogs. Maybe see a movie tonight. Yay, most grateful to be alive.
