Is the word on my mind at the moment. I’m wishing I had a picture of todays #justbepresent posture….. Chataranga/low plank I can certainly do the pose but it is one of the postures that can really tweak my left shoulder. So before I take it on I’ll need to adequately warm up the shoulder. It would be a prettier picture at the big studio, where I plan on going in a few hours anyway. So I think I’ll just have to sit here, sipping coffee and reflecting on the day ahead. Have a meeting this morning that has me pretty stressed out. I keep trying to remind myself that I won’t have such meetings in 90 days, and that helps, somewhat.
since I’m procrastinating, I’m pulling up some oldies that I really like.
