so much to do

I wander through my house and look at all my belongings.  I have been blessed with many!  How in the hell will I ever get them to ABQ in a few months??? OMG this is really happening!  My husband has been meeting with contractors and selecting granite and picking a driveway pavement this week, it really drives the point home.  I almost cried in class two days ago – I started thinking how I’m looking at a finite number of classes at The Ashram now.  Both teaching and taking.  Crazy,  Weird.  Sad.  Exciting.  Ok, enough of that, I’m risking crying again.

Here is the IG #JustBePresent shot of the day – Headstand.  I LOVE LOVE LOVE headstand, I try and do one every day. I  used to do a timed one daily – for 10-20 minutes. I should get back in that habit, it is a very energizing pose.  Inversions undo the ravages of gravity, I’ve read that “they are one of the nicest things you can do for your body each day”

My daughter is visiting today and we are going to go and visit her pony, Cesar at the barn in a few hours.  I haven’t been out there in probably a year or so, I’m rather looking forward to it.  You can expect to see some pony pictures later 🙂
