Have been thinking a lot the past few days about goals/resolutions for 2015. I am reluctant to blog about them for some reason. Fear of failure? Fear of commitment? Embarrasment? Probably a combination thereof. But I needn’t make it a comprehensive list….
1) Meditating regularly
2) Identifying an Albuquerque studio to practice and teach at asap! We’re going to be checking in on ABQ home renovations in early February so scoping studios is tantamount while there. 🙂 Until then, need to be checking out websites and social networking.
3) Gracefully exiting IDRI in March. There are so many things that I want to accomplish in my remaining 8 weeks of work. I am rather stressed about this 🙁
4) Teaching my first “Powerful Stretch” class. Just a concept at this point, but I have been spending a lot of time dreaming up sequences for this evolving plan.
5) Teaching Yang Yoga again. 🙂 🙂 🙂
