Here you go. This pose is called Vasistasana/Side Plank. I used to love practicing it but with my old arthritic shoulders don’t much care for it. I did a lot of shoulder stretching before I took these shots. I’ve been pretty lucky recently, the shoulders have been feeling pretty strong and not aching 🙂

It is my last day of vacation. Determined to make the most of it. I am fairly overwhelmed by what I want to accomplish at IDRI by March 2nd. That is less than 2 months away (38 work days to be precise, not that I’m counting mind you. – I’m taking a week of vacation at the beginning of February to go down to ABQ to see how home renovations are coming along. I will still have 10 vacation days…..and I’d really like to use them all up.
