Near Heart Attack…but we are SuperBowl Bound :)

I can finally breathe after yesterday’s game.  It was the nail-biter par none in the end.  Wow.  This Queen song comes to mind. On Feb 1st I hope I can post another favorite, We are the Champions. 🙂

I figured my Yin class yesterday would be smalllllllll because of the game, but 26 lovely yogis assembled to stretch together.  I was so pleased!  When I arrived at the studio I was still totally freaking about the game (it ended just a few minutes before I had to head to the studio). I was thinking I was going to have trouble being all calm and soothing after the roller coaster ride that was the Hawks/Pack game!!! But once we got started, it ceased to matter to me.  I didn’t think of a think outside of the 4 studio walls, the energy was just fantastic.  I am going to miss that class so very much 🙁  I guess I just have to be extremely grateful that I’ve gotten to lead class in such a wonderful space for as long as I have.

Here is a gallery of the SeaHawks-inspired shots from yesterday….
