Yoga = best way to start the day :)

Ok, granted the most important thing to do in the morning, IMHO, is to drink coffee.  Then to rehydrate and go to yoga on an empty stomach.  There are people who can eat and practice asana shortly thereafter but I am decidedly NOT one of those individuals.  So morning practice is best – noon class means no food til 1:30 or so which gets awfully late….

So my awesome day began with probably the most joyful yoga class I have ever taken.  And that is saying a lot, Davin is great with an infectious dose of optimism and fun.  But I must say Rebecca’s class was even more laughter filled.  Yay!
