And it is a totally easy one for a lot of people. I didn’t realize that my feet weigh like 20 pounds more than the feet of these people. I can’t think of any other reason
LOL!!! This difficulty is really telling me two things
- Practice the postures you hate.
- WORK ON YOUR CORE!!!

I did get a few other shots that I like a Whole Lot Better. But really, my yoga is to work on the above asana more. Along with arm-balances and inversions which are now my priority with an impending workshop to teach in a month or so!!!
