I swear I have at least one quiz a day at PMI. Yesterday I had a Medical Terminology quiz that I aced. And a math final that I only got 91% on. Haven’t seen the latter, but I must have made some silly calculations on, there was nothing particularly difficult.šŸ˜šŸ˜šŸ˜

I am exceedingly glad that we are done with math, it has been a frustrating time sink and not worth it IMO. There are hear lovely things called “calculators” that I have grown to rely on in my adult years. Perhaps you have heard of them?  Perhaps you have one on your laptop and your smart phone like I do?  The need to do long division and reduce fractions, for example, are really outdated and silly at my age given these lovely inventions. Sheesh!!!

Also not grooving in Grammar class and Study Skills. The emphasis on student led lectures and group work….  I won’t even get started on how I feel about those issues. It can only come back and bite me in the ass. But darn it he progr os incredibly expensive and I don’t appreciate the emphasis on student led teaching one iota. šŸ˜šŸ˜¢šŸ˜

Thank god I have a lovely family to come home to at the end of the day. And that I have my yoga practice and classes I teach. These are the things that get  me out of bed these days.

I do hope that school gets more relevant and interesting soon. šŸ™
