I would go pretty crazy without them. This being a student again thing is challenging that way….Sitting still for hours at a time studying is hell on a body! And my oh my the classroom seats simply BLOW. Once again, yoga comes to the rescue 🙂
Here are my favorite shots from one of yesterday’s breaks. Haven’t tried to put legs behind head in awhile. It is fun, but the experience reminded me that such poses shouldn’t be attempted after snacking 🙂
Ok, I am going to get cracking on the Endocrine system presentation I must give tomorrow in Medical Terminology. I *am* going to a 2 hour benefit yoga class at Vivify this afternoon and dinner with friends after that. So I better be a good girl and do my HW now.
