Warming up for Empower

I was  headed out to Vivify yesterday (my 4.p. Empower class on Sundays) but simply HAD! to take a view pictures with my Sandia backdrop. New Mexico skies are pretty wild. Much better than Seattle’s.  That being said, the rainbows in Seattle are pretty flipp’n cool.

I’m really enjoying our break from school. Actually cooking meals!  Cleaning the super dirty crib….It is pretty awesome but one week goes pretty quickly!   I actually slept through the night for the first time in… I don’t know when.

I have been a little reluctant to blog of late.  I’ve been criticized for being mean in my blogs and the person(s) saying so really bummed me out.  I don’t think I am in general, but yes sometimes I get pissed.  I have sent a few rants on FB that I’m not proud of.

I’ve vowed to not do that on FB anymore . But I can’t promise I won’t rant about anonymous individuals on my Blog.  I’ll argue that 98% of what I say is about yoga, 1% on my beautiful family, 1% of things coming from the heart.  Sometimes the latter involves admitting to critical/negative views I have on people.  It is much easier for me to write it – let it go into cyberspace – than it is to confront someone.  I’m not saying that is right, but it is just how I roll. If it was meant to be, Cyberspace gets the message and does with it what it shall.

Ooooh, my thoughts are starting to deep and tangential now….. Free Will or not Free Will? It’s an interesting question that I used to debate the subject with. And totally totally totalllllly off the point.  And grammatically so very messed up.  Lol.

Gotta leave it here today as I am teaching at Vivify at 7:30.  Yay!  Days that start with yoga seem to go so more smoothly!

I include for a point of reference what the Sandias look like on a typical day….
