Just walked the dogs. Getting ready for Gary’s 3 p.m. Power Class at The Ashram. Afterwards I will teach Yin Yoga. I have been looking forward to my afternoon all day (Been cleaning the crib). Sure hope I deliver a great class. 🙂 Many blessings
