Meditation is  one of the best techniques I know to manage stress and elevate the spirit.  I wish that I was more consistent with my practice.  I find it difficult these days to sit down and shut my eyes.  I oftentimes elect to sit quietly listening to music, but that isn’t the same thing at all.  Headstand doesn’t really count either.  It isn’t logical to NOT practice;  I know that I am so much more at peace when I meditate.  I hope that your practice is stronger than mine.  My husband is a dedicated meditator of years.  I bow to his devotion 🙂
